Västeråker Church was built on the instructions of Lady Ramborg of Vik in the fourteenth century. It is of great interest to visitors since its interior contains many medieval frescoes created in the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries. Like many others they were painted over at the time of the Reformation, but were restored in the late nineteenth century. The burial place of Lady Ramborg herself can be observed here. The church lies in the countryside to the southwest of Upsalla.
