The Toy Museum in Stockholm displays thousands of toys made over the past century or so, and is guaranteed to delight children. There are model steam trains and a fine miniature railway layout. The Mickey Mouse Museum contains a huge range of Disney merchandise from the 1930s onwards. There are peepshows, dolls, dolls houses and teddy bears on display. There is also plenty of Meccano, Lego, Brio and Playmobil. Girls won’t be disappointed with the Barbie collection. There is a cafe, shop, play area, and children’s theatre on site.
