The oldest items in the interior of Östuna Church date from the thirteenth century. These are the font, and a crucifix, which would, in medieval times, have been used for processions. The southern entrance to the church is one that would have been used in the Middle Ages. Much of the interior decoration of the church was done in the eighteenth century. Östuna Church lies seven kilometres to the north east of Knivsta.
