Södra Ving Church dates from the twelfth century. It is a fascinating building that contains a number of important features made in the Middle Ages. These include a projecting Romanesque portal on the south door, a number of stone reliefs and paintings inside and outside the church. These date from three seperate and distinct periods of the Middle Ages. In the graveyard you will find two stones with runic inscriptions.
