Ränneslöv Church was built in the twelfth century in Romanesque style. It consisted of nave, chancel and apse. It underwent alteration during the medieval period, and a porch was added before the Reformation. The church was substantially rebuilt during the late nineteenth century and has benefited from a twentieth century restoration. Ränneslöv Church lies in a village to the south of Laholm.
