Hässleholm Kulturhus lies in the heart of the town, right next to the railway and bus stations. It is one of the most impressive culture centres in the region. The main hall is used for art exhibitions. Artists from all over the country, working in a range of genres, are represented in the changing displays. The centre also hosts musical performances, theatre, conferences, recitals, lectures and readings, a library and a tourist information centre. There is a cafe and a restaurant at Kulturhus, which is a popular meeting place.
