The Globen is a stadium in Stockholm famed for its futuristic design and the fact it can be seen from many places in the city. Located in the south of the city, the multi-purpose venue is home to tennis, ice hockey and handball. Even if you don’t like sports it is worth a visit just to see the strange architecture involved, like the giant white bubble that all the sports take place inside. The Globen is also near the stadium that is home to the Hammarby football team, with the Globen itself also being home to the Djurgården ice hockey team. Rating: 6.0
