Flädie Church was built in the late nineteenth century in a neo Gothic style that imitates the church buildings of the late Middle Ages. The church is built of red brick. The interior of the church contains the font and altarpiece from the older building. The church is known for its excellent acoustics and is a popular venue for classical music recitals and concerts.
