This country store museum gives the visitor an insight into what a traditional grocer’s shop was like in the past. Original equipment and fittings are on display along with decades-old packaging of goods. There is also a small exhibition of toys from the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The museum is a fascinating place to visit for adults and children alike. It is located about three and a half kilometres from the centre of Östersund and about five kilometres from the airport.
