This is one of the most historical theatres in the country, and is in fact Sweden’s oldest theatre. Located in Drottningholm, there are weekly shows of opera and ballet. However, if you don’t fancy seeing a performance you can still admire the beautiful architecture. There are a wide variety of performance styles shown at this theatre, although most productions take place in the winter months. Overall, one of the most historic and beautifully designed theatres in Sweden.
