Bror Hjorth’s House is a museum dedicated to the works of the artist who once lived here. This was Hjorth’s home from 1943, when he had it specially built. You’ll find a large collection of his works here. There is a film about the artist. Various temporary exhibitions are hosted at the museum. There are special activities for children including a picture hunt. There is a cafe and shop here. The house lies in the centre of Uppsala, near the cathedral and botanical gardens.
