Bomhus Hembygdsgård is a rural museum dedicated to the history of tentieth century industrial society. The museum contains a large photograph collection, and a variety of artefacts and documents. The building has served a variety of functions during its history. A range of events and programmes of various kinds take place here. Bomhus lies in the east of the modern Gävle conurbation.
