Bäcke Church dates from the middle of the seventeenth century. It is unusual in being painted a deep red. In the churchyard, you will find iron crosses more than two hundred years old, made at the Bäckefors Iron Works. The church contains a bell which was cast in the thirteenth century. The font also dates from medieval times. The church has benefited from a recent restoration. It serves a congregation of the Lutheran church.
