Amsberg Chapel is a delightful wooden chapel which is remarkably well preserved from the time it was built in the seventeenth century. The pews, one of the chandeliers and parts of the sacristy are virtually unchanged since the church was founded. The chapel possesses a triptych which is older than the church itself, made in the sixteenth century. The pulpit was made in the 1620s, and is one of the few surviving examples made in that period. Amsberg Chapel lies a few miles to the northwest of Borlänge.
